We need to know exactly what prescription medications you are on (especially Accutane or heavy antibiotics, which violently thin the skin). We need to know your exact home-care regimen. If you lie about your recent use of Retinol, our chemical peel will literally burn your face. Complete transparency is legally required.

2. The Right to Refusal

An elite professional is not a machine that just outputs a requested service. They are the absolute authority on the structural geometry of your body.

• If your hair is severely chemically compromised (snapping like wet spaghetti), the master stylist will mathematically refuse to bleach it platinum blonde. If your natural eyelashes are critically thin and damaged, the lash technician will aggressively refuse to apply massive, heavy Russian Volume extensions. 3. The Price of Honesty (The "Fix")

You must speak up during the process, not a week later.
