Step 1

Brow/Lip Mapping & Pigment Matching

We measure your facial proportions, pre-draw the brow or lip shape for your approval, and select a pigment shade suited to your skin undertone.

Step 2

Topical Numbing & Micropigmentation

After topical anaesthetic takes effect, your artist applies hair strokes, pixel shading or liner using sterile single-use cartridges.

Step 3

Healing Balm & 6-Week Touch-Up Plan

We apply soothing barrier balm and explain the 7 to 10 day flaking phase plus when to book your 4 to 6 week perfecting touch-up.

Before your appointment

  • Avoid retinol, chemical peels, brow tinting and direct sunburn on the area for 7 days before your PMU session, and skip alcohol or caffeine on the morning of your appointment.
  • If you are booking Lip Liner or Full Lips Contour (lip blush) and have ever had a cold sore, ask a pharmacist or doctor about antiviral prophylaxis beforehand.

Aftercare

  • Keep healing brows, eyeliner or lips clean and avoid picking or scratching flaking pigment during the 7 to 10 day healing window.
  • Avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms, heavy sweating and direct sun exposure on the treated area for 10 to 14 days.
