We do not use pre-glued, heavy cluster lashes. For Volume sets, our artists manually pick up 3 to 6 microscopic synthetic hairs, fan them out perfectly with tweezers, and wrap them around your natural lash for weightless, fluffy density.

Can you fix a bad set of lashes I got somewhere else?
Yes. However, we will never rip them off. We must manually apply a chemical gel remover to safely soak off the cyanoacrylate glue, assess the damage to your natural lashes, and then re-apply a fresh, safe set.
How long does a full set take?
Because we prioritize perfect isolation, a full Classic set takes about 90 minutes, while a dense Volume set takes about 2 hours. This is the time required for perfection.
Do you offer 'wispy' or 'wet look' lashes?
Absolutely. Since we hand-make every fan, we can completely customize the architecture of the lash line, executing trends like the Wispy Cat Eye or the Spike Wet Look.
