• Oil molecules seamlessly slip under the rigid glue capsule, violently degrading the structural integrity of the bond until the synthetic fiber effortlessly slides straight off your natural lash.
• The Rule: You must throw away all oil-based makeup removers, heavy cleansing balms, and oil-heavy eye creams. You must exclusively use "Lash-Safe" or water-based/gel cleansers around your eye architecture.

2. Washing is Non-Negotiable

A massive, dangerous myth is that "water ruins extensions." Clients avoid washing them, leading to catastrophic biological failure.
